Frank Pedregon Racing reached a sponsorship agreement with Goossen Tutor Promotions. Goossen Tutor promoted boxing matches will be featured on the Von Dutch Dodge Stratus Funny Car for the remainder of the 2006 NHRA schedule.
Goossen Tutor Promotions is one of the premier boxing promoters in the world.
The partnership consists of Dan Goossen and construction magnate Ronald Tutor, president and CEO of Tutor-Saliba Corp.
Goossen Tutor Promotions is based in Sherman Oaks, California. In his 24 years of boxing, Goossen has promoted such fighters as Mike Tyson, Michael Nunn, Terry Norris, James Toney, Gabriel and Rafael Ruelas, David Tua, Riddick Bowe and the just recently signed pound-for-pound the best fighter in the world, Floyd Mayweather, Jr.

Saturday September 2, 2006, “No Risk, No Reward” will be hosted at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, and broadcast domestically and worldwide by Showtime. The fight will be a WBC World Heavyweight Title Elimination bout between WBC #2 ranked and 3-time World Champion James “Lights Out” Toney against WBC #3 ranked Samuel “The Nigerian Nightmare” Peters.
Saturday November 4th, 2006, hosted at the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, and will be available on HBO pay-per-view. This event will match boxing’s pound-for-pound battle between “Pretty Boy” Floyd Mayweather Jr. and WBC World Welterweight Champion Carlos “The Cinderella Man” Baldomir in a bout dubbed “Pretty Risky.”
